Event dates are confirmed only after a signed agreement and applicable advance payment. All agreed payment milestones must be met on time. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are defined in your individual service agreement.

You agree to provide accurate event details, coordinate venue permissions where required, and communicate any changes in a timely manner so that we can adjust plans accordingly.
